Tom Dunn, CIMA
A Texan by choice and a Pennsylvanian by birth, Tom served with distinction and was honorably discharged in the US Air Force and graduated from St Edwards University, Austin Texas. With more than 15 years experience, Tom obtained the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) designation administered by the Investment Management Consultants Association and taught in conjunction with the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. The CIMA focuses on asset allocation, ethics, due diligence, risk management, investment policy and performance measurement.
Tom has a Financial Planning Certificate from Kaplan University. Throughout the years in his previous position, Tom has served in various capacities as a portfolio investment advisor, sales manger for Texas Latin America offices, syndicate coordinator and served as local annuity specialist.
Membership's include Municipal Advisory Council, Texas Economic Development Council, American Economic Association and has served on boards of Ronald McDonald House, Board of Trustee for RioGrande Valley Service Corporation of Valley Baptist Health System.
Member of Texas Wildlife Association, Susquehannock Club, Loma Alta Skeet and Trap and Dallas Safari Club. Supporter of Wounded Warriors, University of Texas Austin and United Way.
Tom has been blessed with a wonderful wife Claudia and three exceptional children, Thomas Jr, Sarah and Liam.
